Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties for our communities.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, handling repairs, preventive tasks, and safety compliance while delivering excellent service to residents. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma, and basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance across the community.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety during entry to units.
• Assist with safety/OSHA compliance and training sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Ensure all maintenance items are kept in safe, organized areas.
