Job summary

Bell Partners in the Woodbridge area is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping across our community. You will address repair requests, maintain equipment, and uphold resident privacy and safety.

The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package. Requires HS diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems knowledge.
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required at some communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Maintain resident privacy and entry authorization.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance; report hazards promptly.
• Attend in-service trainings and collaborate with vendors as needed.
