TRG Management Company, LLLP, a leading property management firm, is seeking a skilled maintenance professional. The role involves hands-on maintenance including inspections, repairs, and ensuring all areas are well-kept.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general maintenance. Benefits include a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive health coverage.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on property maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
• EPA or CFC certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare maintenance for office including repairs and cleaning.
• Perform hands-on maintenance of property and apartment units.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and record findings.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintain grounds and keep them free of debris.
• Monitor and maintain all mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components.
