Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; store tools properly.
• Inspect regularly and report defects to supervisor.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist other departments with plumbing and electrical repairs.
