Qualifications

- 1–2 years building maintenance experience, healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting, safety awareness, and use of hand/power tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
- Inspect building and grounds for safety and functionality.
- Carry out carpentry, painting, and minor construction as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and complete work orders.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules and keep records.
