Greenbriar Care Community is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across our facilities. You will help maintain safe, clean environments for residents and staff while supporting a culture of respect and teamwork.

The role requires general mechanical knowledge, physical stamina, and the ability to read and communicate in English. You will work with facilities and other departments, ensuring records are kept and safety protocols are followed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and report defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist other departments with plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Participate in in-service training programs and attend regular meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
