McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person for a corporate-owned restaurant. You will support management in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.

You’ll join the Maintenance Team and receive tools and training to help you succeed daily. This role involves daily tasks like oil fryer filtering, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, stocking, and waste handling, with opportunities for benefits and career growth through Archways to Opportunity

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
