McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep at a corporate-owned location. The role involves following maintenance protocols, operating tools, and assisting management with daily tasks to keep the restaurant in top condition.

You will be part of the maintenance team, performing routine tasks such as fryer oil filtration, facilities cleaning, and basic repairs, while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
