Job summary

University Partners is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond to work orders promptly, and ensure the community remains clean and well-maintained. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with residents, guests and staff to address requests and maintain safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general construction, with daily and weekly routines designed to uphold service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Complete routine service requests within 24 hours under supervision.
• Maintain clean conditions in the community at all times.
• Report maintenance issues to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Assist in other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
