Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect and enhance the community value and living experience. You will resolve resident maintenance issues efficiently and maintain property standards to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include keeping grounds and buildings well maintained, assisting with repairs, and ensuring move-ins are ready. The role requires physical work, strong teamwork, and commitment to high service levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills and ability to perform light repairs.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings well kept.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork consistently.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, model, hallways and common areas clean and sanitary.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and ensure move-in readiness.
