Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, model units and common areas clean and safe.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of plants.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins.
• Oversee apartment turnovers.
• Report issues to supervisor or property manager.
• Respond to emergencies per policy.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting expectations.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
