Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Valid Maryland Driver’s License with DOT.
• Knowledge of routine building maintenance and repair techniques.
• Drive and pull trailer.
• Ability to read site plans, schematic drawings, and building plans.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to use power tools.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather.
• Ability to communicate with tenants and to make tenants happy in conjunction with work that is done.
• Detailed record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds maintenance and lot cleaning.
• Patch paved and flat concrete areas utilizing cold patching materials.
• Vacancy cleaning.
• Pest control.
• Disposes of waste at buildings (evictions).
• Repair storm drain systems and repairs drain tiles.
• Maintain good tenant relations and coordinate with Director of Maintenance, Maintenance Coordinators and Property Managers.
