Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the St. Clement's Crossing community in Lexington Park, MD to perform general grounds maintenance and basic home repairs, 40 hours per week.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Compensation is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager in a timely manner.
• Promote goodwill by courteous interaction with residents, visitors, and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weed control, mowing, trimming, and seasonal landscaping.
• Remove garbage from grounds and resident sites as needed to maintain appearance.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal pre-maintenance services.
• Maintain maintenance and grounds equipment and ensure safety compliance.
