Job summary

Commonwealth is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 55 plus manufactured housing community in Everett, WA. This is a full-time hourly role with benefits, offering employer paid medical, dental and a 401K after 90 days. You will perform repairs and upkeep of buildings and grounds, respond to work orders, and help maintain common areas and recreational spaces.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in property management or similar setting.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions.
• Attention to safety, cleanliness and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings.
• Maintains and cleans grounds and common areas.
• Assists landscapers and manages grounds tasks.
• Maintains pool area; pool experience a plus.
• Responds to written or verbal work orders from supervisor.
• Winterizes outside faucets and assists with other projects.
