Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. maintains and operates manufactured home communities across the country. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Madison Village community in Liverpool, NY, to perform general grounds work and basic home repairs, working a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, communicating with the Community Manager, lawn care, and seasonal snow removal. A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with good driving record and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds and perform lawn care tasks.
• Perform snow removal and respond to on-call duties as needed.
• Assist in refurbishing community-owned homes and maintain water/sewer lines.
