Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Lyndon Station, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to perform a range of upkeep tasks across community amenities, grounds, and common areas.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours; HS diploma or equivalent is acceptable.

You will work with the maintenance team to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive property and report issues to management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry.
• Paint, groundskeeping, janitorial, and other tasks to meet maintenance standards.
• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure property is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and potentially drive maintenance trucks between locations.
