Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of semiskilled manual maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive day-to-day guidance and assignments from the Chief Stationary Engineer.
• Move furniture, equipment, and other articles within the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center.
• Perform clean-up duties throughout the campus.
• Remove leaves and trash from Chicago-Read Mental Health Center campus.
• Plant flowers and grass seed.
• Participate in all required training.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of duties enumerated above.
