Job summary

Heritage Landing Golf Club in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to perform general repairs, groundskeeping, and facility upkeep in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will handle electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance, maintain cleanliness of exterior and interior areas, and report supplies as needed. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school not required; or up to one month related experience or training.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; reliability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for buildings and grounds (electrical, mechanical, structural).
• Maintains exterior cleanliness: trash, sweeping, litter, outdoor furniture.
• Maintains interior cleanliness: trash, vacuuming, dusting, furniture arrangement.
• Identifies and reports supply needs to supervisor.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Performs other duties as required.
