Job summary

The Peninsula Golf & Country Club in Millsboro, DE, part of Troon, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Staff member eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include general repairs for electrical, mechanical, and structural systems, maintenance of exterior and interior spaces, and reporting supplies to supervision, with regular attendance and Sunday through Thursday 7am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in building and/or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 7am-3:30p.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required.

The Peninsula Golf & Country Club, located in Millsboro, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.

Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

One year of related experience associated with Building and/or Grounds maintenance.

Other Qualifications:

Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.

Regular and reliable attendance.

We are looking for someone to work Sunday through Thursday, 7am-3:30p
