They are personable individuals with exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hands-on work. **What you’ll do:*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.* Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.* Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.* Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.* Embodying an owner's mindset. **Who you are:*** A detail oriented and task-focused individual* A strong communicator* A personable and confident customer service professional with a “Resident First” mindset.* A Team Player* Organized and Accountable **What we're looking for:*** Currently working as a Maintenance Technician and looking for an opportunity to grow into a Team Lead or Lead Maintenance role.* Or previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician, Lead Technician, or in a similar leadership role preferred.* Experience in repairing and/or maintaining the following: + Electrical Systems + Plumbing + Appliances + Flooring + Carpentry + Heating and Air Systems/HVAC + Pools* Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.* Ability to work independently, lead and as a part of a team.* Superior customer service skills.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies. **Benefits and Pay Range**:The pay range for this position is $26.00 - 28.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!*Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.** Health, dental, and 401(k) program/match* Paid time off for vacation, sick days, and holidays* Apartment Rent Discounts, bonuses, and recognition for a job well done!
