Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the building and complete repairs per standards.
• Perform plumbing, ground maintenance, electrical, mechanical and HVAC repairs as required.
