The role directs the activities of maintenance staff, ensures safe operation, and supports the Director of Plant Operations. Eligible candidates have maintenance supervisory experience and a background in building repairs.

The position offers a full-time day shift with rotating holidays and on-call requirements. Pay ranges from $58,240 to $68,640 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 6–10 personnel and report to the Director of Plant Operations.
• Complete daily maintenance and custodial tasks with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment per manuals and procedures.
• Report maintenance needs, equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions.
• Maintain inspection, preventive maintenance and repair records for equipment/systems.
• Keep work areas clean and tools/equipment organized.
