Job summary

St. Anne Home in Greensburg is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the building clean and perform repairs to established standards. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, ground maintenance and carpentry in support of resident care.

This is a full-time position with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm shift (Mon–Fri, with weekends and emergencies as needed). Compensation ranges from $17.99 to $20.07 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, a 403(b) plan with employer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Maintenance Technician

We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to maintain cleanliness of the building and complete repairs in accordance with established standards and procedures. Perform plumbing, ground maintenance, electrical, mechanical and HVAC repairs in accordance with St. Anne Home’s ethical requirements as described in our Mission, Vision, and Values.

• $17.99 to $20.07 per hour based on skills and experience.
• Full-Time: 7a-3:30p; Monday - Friday plus weekends/emergencies as Needed.

Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
