Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member in Highland Beach, FL to ensure mechanical systems and equipment are operational and common areas are clean and disinfected. The role operates Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-4pm, with Sundays and Mondays off; pay ranges from $17.50 to $18 per hour and includes full benefits upon full-time employment.

Responsibilities include inspecting floors, reporting issues, following safety procedures, maintaining equipment, and performing minor

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in building trades or maintenance work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good working relationships with building staff.
