The Bay Club of Sandestin is a timeshare community, committed to providing high-quality products/services to our clients while maintaining a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing mechanical issues, and supporting other infrastructure needs. Must be able to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Repair and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and appropriate processes.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete work orders efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
