Casa Ybel Resort is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at our historic beachfront property. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit resort team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences and the ongoing care of a beloved Sanibel landmark.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across resort buildings, guest units, and grounds to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
