Echelon Luxury Properties (ELP) seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Santa Rosa Beach team. You will be the on‑site expert for maintaining luxury vacation properties and ensuring guests have exceptional experiences.

This hands‑on role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and a strong customer‑service mindset. Responsibilities include routine and special maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and light plumbing to keep properties in pristine condition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum of previous experience as a maintenance technician
• Working knowledge of small hand and power tools
• Reliable Transportation
• Able to work flexible hours with weekends and some holidays required
• Must be able to pass a background check to include a motor vehicle report and have verifiable work references

• Perform routine and non‑routine service order requests
