Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role ensures smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel and resort facilities, providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key duties include routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus collaboration with departments on safety and projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in hotel, resort, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team oriented; able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Requirements
