Job summary

Mountainside Fitness is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our upscale club operating smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance, address repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for members and staff.

You will respond quickly to maintenance needs, coordinate with the team, and support club openings and daily operations. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to maneuver throughout the club and equipment.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide cost‑effective solutions.
• Minimize downtime with timely repairs (≤48 hours when controllable).
• Coordinate repairs with Farmer’s Fitness and communicate ETA/solutions.
• Complete site audits weekly and document logs/reports.
• Assist with special projects including club openings.
• Report to GM and District Manager and maintain proper paperwork.
