Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Framingham is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a housing team. The role covers the Framingham Portfolio, with hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and flexibility to adjust start/end times.Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance and general upkeep of units and grounds.

A valid driver’s license is required; hoisting license or OSHA cert are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry and HVAC.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be available for emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.
• Valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle required. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and perform preventative maintenance.
• Handle unit turnovers, custodial and grounds keeping duties.

Your Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will join a team of housing professionals for our Framingham Portfolio.Cochituate Homes consists of 160 units and Bethany Hill Place has 41 units.The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (There is the ability to negotiate for an earlier start and end time.)Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, custodial, and grounds keeping.

Your Qualifications

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC.Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Yardi is a plus. A valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle is required. A Hoisting License or OSHA certification is a plus. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
