Job summary

Olympus Property in Odessa, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our service team. You will perform repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes to meet or exceed standards, collaborating with office teams to ensure resident satisfaction.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication with residents, vendors, and teammates. Qualifications include 1 year apartment maintenance experience and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or EPA/HVAC license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair.
• Preventative maintenance on HVAC units, replace filters and clean coils.
• Repair and replace furnished kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, ovens and microwaves.
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs, replacements and installation.
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures and electrical fixtures.
• Lock changes, door replacement and maintenance of lock systems.
• Operate tools and keep maintenance shop organized.
• Track service requests and maintenance work via software systems.
• Assist in grounds, common areas and pool upkeep; support on-call rotation.
