Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation in Rolesville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day upkeep of The Grande at Granite Falls property. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform unit turnovers, and maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy loads, and compliance with safety regulations. A valid driver's license is required, and some travel may be up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability for labor-intensive work and lifting 100+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and potential travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Report risks and incidents to Site Manager with required reports/forms.
• Observe all Fair Housing rules and regulations.
• Handle emergencies per Fitch Irick policies and procedures.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; ensure safety logs per OSHA and company policy.
• Complete unit turnovers per turnover checklist and remove trash from vacant units.
