Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Willing to work off schedule shifts when necessary.
• Experience with preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed plant KPI targets.
• Keep equipment running and operational during processing hours.
• Perform preventive and urgent maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust systems.
• Report unusual situations to supervision and pursue root cause analysis.
