You will diagnose issues, repair electrical components, troubleshoot PLC systems, and maintain records of activities to ensure high equipment reliability and production uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (110-480 volts) and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems.
• Skilled in welding and machining.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on equipment to identify electrical and mechanical issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components to maintain production efficiency.
• Work with 110–480-volt systems and higher voltage equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems and control boards.
• Disassemble and reassemble gearboxes, cylinders, pumps, and valves as needed.
• Repair or replace worn parts to maintain equipment reliability.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and issues.
