Job summary

US Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold and repair production and facility equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while maintaining safety and proper documentation. The role is on 1st shift with a Monday–Friday schedule and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repair and operation of production/facility equipment.
• Ability to repair and overhaul warehouse and production equipment.
• Welding ability and basic math skills.
• Able to read and write legibly; follow orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production/facility equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks).
• Review equipment reports, record actions taken, and maintain repair logs per USF policy.
• Complete documentation for equipment-related activities (forms, PM logs).
• Conduct PMs with proper documentation per policy.
• Maintain safety in accordance with Lock Out/Tag Out and other guidelines.
