Individuals in this role contribute by maintaining amenities and apartment interiors, preparing units for new residents, and ensuring the upkeep of occupied apartments.
This opportunity is suitable if you have experience with painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and carpentry. Knowledge of landscaping, troubleshooting, and irrigation repairs is also required. Maintaining curb appeal is essential to providing an attractive environment.
Candidates should have strong communication skills to address resident needs, be able to work independently with urgency, and be solutions-oriented. Willingness to learn new technology is essential.
Certifications may be required for HVAC and pool maintenance tasks.
