Job summary

Q2 Artificial Lift Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Indiana. The role starts with training on first shift (5AM-3:30PM) and transitions through swing and second shifts as needed. Candidates must be flexible to hours and support a 8- to 10-hour workday.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment repair coordination, and assisting the manufacturing team to minimize downtime. Strong communication and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 3–6 months related experience.
• API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 environment experience is a plus.
• Experience with Rockwell or Fanuc software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing methods to perform tasks safely.
• Work with a partner in most cases.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Perform equipment and facility preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Coordinate with service suppliers for repairs or PM.
• Plan information and production for scheduled PM.
• Support manufacturing to reduce downtime.
