Job summary

Hadady, LLC, a Caterpillar subsidiary, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic in Indiana to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment, systems, and machines. The role requires knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues while reading blueprints.

The position offers on-site work across 1st/2nd/3rd shifts, with initial training on 1st shift. Relocation is not available; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a machine shop.
• Familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and machines.
• Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Familiar with CNC controls.
• Troubleshoot problems and identify potential solutions.
• Complete work orders as assigned by Maintenance Manager using Maintenance Work Order Database.
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and installations.
