Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our locations clean, safe, and fully functional. You will assist in maintenance and daily operations while supporting store and service departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.

No prior experience is required—we’ll provide on-the-job training to teach you essential skills, safety practices, and the routines that keep our service levels high. Join a team that values growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on service quality and issue resolution.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and support multiple departments.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking needs.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment (HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.).
• Cross-train in Store/Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
