Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained while supporting fast, friendly service for customers. No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

You will assist multiple departments, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met. The role emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing duties including assisting, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration) and perform site inspections.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company policies and procedures.
