Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in plastics or fabrication environments preferred.
2–5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment and related systems.
Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed.
Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.
Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and tools.
Prepare maintenance reports and communicate actions, irregularities and ongoing needs.
Work safely and use PPE per STW documentation.
Be involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities.
Other duties as assigned.
