Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a maintenance professional to oversee facility and equipment upkeep supporting production and warehousing. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, implement continuous improvements, and manage capital projects to enhance efficiency and safety.

The role requires a strong mechanical/electrical background, reading blueprints, and English proficiency. It involves coordinating with leadership and outside vendors to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, processing, blue prints.
• Knowledge of lockout tag out and safety issues with plant/production equipment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and equipment for production/warehousing.
• Troubleshoot and repair operating equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Manage and execute capital projects with scope, budget, schedule, and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with EAM platform and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on equipment acquisition, maintenance, and installations.
• Develop and execute site preventative maintenance program.
• Manage maintenance parts inventory and procurement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
