Job summary
Menasha Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Romeoville, IL facility. This role focuses on preventive maintenance of automation and equipment to ensure safe, reliable production and warehousing operations.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and stakeholders, manage parts inventories, and participate in capital projects to improve efficiency and meet growth plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required.
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, processing, blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation and equipment to ensure safety, quality, and production.
- Troubleshoot and repair operating equipment.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and stakeholders on safety and production activities.
- Manage maintenance parts inventory and procurement.
- Support capital projects and improvements.
