Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Brockford Place in California. You will perform maintenance and repairs to uphold property quality and curb appeal, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and tenant service responses with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting), strong problem-solving skills,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly and resolve within 24 hours; notify management of delays.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and document unit status.
