Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained, with on-the-job training provided. You will assist managers to ensure smooth operations and fast service for customers, focusing on safety and satisfaction.

No experience? No problem—we will teach you! You’ll work with HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, plumbing, and cleaning tasks, and may cross-train in other departments as needed. This is a team-focused, customer-first role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drive a positive experience at the location.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities, and help with maintenance tasks (HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.).
• Potential cross-training in other roles such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, or Leadership roles.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while following company safety policies.
