Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained while assisting management to ensure smooth operations for customers.

No experience? No problem—we will teach you. The role involves customer-facing duties and maintenance of HVAC, fuel systems, plumbing, and site inspections, with lifting of 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
