Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our stores safe, clean, and fully operational. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll assist your manager to serve our customers quickly and reliably.

No experience? No problem — we’ll teach you. You’ll perform cleaning, basic repairs, equipment checks (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration), and you may cross-train in cashier or leadership duties. We offer paid training and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and assist store operations.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations including repairs (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Cashier and Leadership roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction following company policies.
