Job summary

Marimn Health is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Plummer, ID. The role requires five+ years of certifiable experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, carpentry, or related trades, with reading blueprints and control systems. On-call work and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• At least five years certifiable maintenance experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, or carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans; monitor and adjust control systems.
• Certified Pool Operator preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Flexible hours; on-call including weekends; ability to perform preventive and on-demand maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and on-demand maintenance of buildings, systems, and utilities.
• Assist with housekeeping when necessary and maintain safe working conditions.
• Read plans and operate tools safely; respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain floors and spaces; ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed.
