Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.

• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and grounds per community objectives.
• Operate, maintain and repair facility equipment following safety and OSHA programs.
• Respond to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments to uphold maintenance standards.
• Comply with EPA rules for air conditioning/refrigeration equipment handling and disposal.
• Ensure safe storage of tools and participate in Cardinal U training as required.
