Job summary

Marimn Health is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for Plummer, ID. The role includes performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, carpentry, and grounds maintenance tasks across facilities, with on-call and weekend flexibility.

You will read blueprints, monitor control systems, and conduct preventive and on-demand repairs, while upholding safety and infection control standards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of certifiable experience in one or more of the following trades: Electrical (480v, 208v, 277v, 240v, 120v, 3 phase single phase and low voltage controls), HVAC (chillers, air handlers, heat pumps), Plumbing/pipe fitting (including medical gas, propane), boilers (steam and hot water, electric and propane fired), carpentry, grounds keeping/landscaping.
• Must be able to perform preventive and on-demand maintenance of buildings and systems; read blueprints and electrical plans; familiarity with pool operations; Certified Pool Operator preferred or obtainable within 1 year.
• Flexibility in working hours (on call and weekends when necessary); valid driver’s license required; ability to use computer programs; knowledge of safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance tasks across buildings, systems, equipment, vehicles, grounds, and utilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans; monitor and adjust control systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance routines and on-demand repairs; document work performed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas; follow infection control and PPE protocols.
• Assist with housekeeping when necessary; communicate needs to Facility Manager.
